In the role of Production Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens in the electronics processing yard. With your team of about 25 FTE, you will ensure that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently. You are responsible for all production and logistics activities. You ensure the achievement of production and quality objectives, oversee safety and ensure a streamlined production process.

In addition, you play a crucial role in helping to develop E-recycling in Zwartsluis. This includes implementing and securing innovative technical solutions and new business models. You use your experience with process development and managing production processes to initiate improvements and guide the organization towards a high-quality production environment. Together with your team, you will actively work on the transition to a circular economy and contribute to sustainable and efficient working methods.

Leadership and coordination:

Managing a team of approximately 25 FTE.
Coordinate all production and logistics activities in the electronics processing yard.

Achieve production and quality targets:

Be responsible for output, OEE and quality within established budgets.
Optimize work processes to achieve production and quality goals.

Process Development and Optimization:

Help implement technical solutions and new business models.
Initiate, develop and secure process optimizations within the production environment.

Transition to a high-performance production environment:

Support and shape the transition towards a high-performance production environment.
Contribute to the development and integration of sustainable working practices.
